CTS Safety Day 2018

On Thursday August 9th, 2018 CTS held our Second Annual Safety Day. The event was held at our new building and focused on education and purpose. There were various presentations by Ryan Broyles from the Ohio Utilities Protection Service, Shawn Gentry and Sue Gillette from Cincinnati Insurance Company, Dave Griffin and Tammy Hart from Marsh McLennan Agency, as well as various CTS personnel. As stated by Rick Setzer, President of CTS, “Safety is a priority, it is all about the importance that at the end of the day or the end of the week, each one of us can go home injury free knowing that we are a part of something great.”
In 2017 CTS hosted its first Safety Day in Sharonville, Ohio primarily for the Outside Plant Division. This year with the Private Network Division in attendance there were more than 230 people who attended. “With all the work going on right now it is a challenge taking a whole day out of production, but Safety is very important, and the day was worthwhile.” – John Diss, VP Private Network
